Summer Training 2026
The road to the fall season starts now! Our goal is for every player to arrive at tryouts in peak physical condition with their technical skills sharp and game ready. This summer program is designed to build your "engine" and sharpen your touch so you aren't playing catch-up in August.
New for 2026: Due to a late Labor Day, we have extended our summer program to 7 weeks (up from 6) to ensure our fitness and technical levels are peaking right as the season begins.
The Focus
Conditioning and SAQ: Hard-nosed speed, agility, and quickness drills.
Technical Work: High repetition touches to ensure your technical skills are sharp under fatigue.
Competitive Scrimmaging: Putting the work into practice in a live, fast-paced environment.
Gear: Every registered player will receive a summer training performance training tee.
Schedule and Logistics
Who: Students entering grades 7 to 12 (Grouped by age and skill).
Where: Zachary Playfields (4355 Zachary Ln, Plymouth).
When: Monday to Thursday | 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
Dates: * June: 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30
July: 1, 2, 13, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 27, 28, 29, 30
Note: No training July 6 to 9 (MSHSL No-Contact Week).
