Falcon Strength & Speed Boot Camp

Who: All Armstrong Falcons students and their friends are welcome.

What: Join us for high-energy 45-minute sessions featuring sport-specific training. Workouts include upper/lower body strength, speed, agility, and HIIT, all designed to feel like personal training in a group setting.

Note on Session 2 Format: To account for the start of the competitive club soccer season, Session 2 is strategically designed as a two-day-a-week program (Thursday/Friday). This allows for:

  • Load Management: Avoiding conflicts with Monday–Thursday club league games.

  • Tournament Prep: Modified "fresh legs" workouts on Fridays for players with weekend tournaments.

  • Injury Prevention: Maximizing gains while ensuring players aren't overtraining during their club season.

Where: AHS Weight Room

When: Thursday & Friday | 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM March 26 – May 29 (No sessions when school is closed)

Exact Dates:

  • March: 26, 27

  • April: 9, 10, 16, 17, 23, 24, 30

  • May: 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22, 28, 29
