Falcon Strength & Speed Boot Camp

Who:
All Armstrong Falcons students and their friends are welcome.

What:
Join us for fun, quick 45-minute sessions featuring sport-specific training with a boot-camp vibe. Workouts will include:

  • Lower and upper body strength

  • Core strength

  • Speed and agility

  • High-intensity interval training (HIIT)

  • Bodyweight exercises

Many sessions will involve partner activities, and training is designed to feel like personal training in a group setting. Sessions go beyond typical gym workouts, with a strong focus on injury prevention and conditioning, all set to great, clean music.

AHS Weight Room

When:
Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays
January 5 – March 12 (No sessions when school is closed)

Daily sessions: 6:45 AM – 7:30 AM

Exact dates:
January: 5, 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 20, 22, 26, 27, 29
February: 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26
March: 2, 3, 5, 9, 10, 12
